Do the apartments have balconies or patios?
Many of our independent living apartments each include a balcony or patio with outdoor access. Sizes vary according to floor plans. Our community also features several outdoor gathering spaces, as well as pickleball courts, bocce ball courts and a dog park.
What is included in the rent?
At Highpoint, residents pay no entry fee and we provide month-to-month rental options as well as a 90-day satisfaction guarantee with the following included in the monthly fee:

Does the community allow pets?
